Day # 168 - Touch of Toile

Wow! This was the most difficult challenge. I have used toile only once before and it came in a kit of Christmas cards. Luckily through all my searching I found some paper labeled School Days Toile or something like that. I hope it counts. I can tell what Toile is by looking at it, but I could not explain it!! I made a Thank you card which will probably be used for a teacher at my son's school or someone else who works there. It is too small child for me to use at the high school where I work.

Day # 167 - "Gift" Card

A Christmas gift card with room for a note inside. Again I used a different shape and size than I'm used to. A gift card wrapped like a gift :) Cool idea!! from 365 cards.

Day # 166 - Card Recipe

My first Card Recipe -

Ingredients -

4x7 card

5 blossoms

glitter

wet embossed sentiment

3 different patterned papers - dot paper, striped paper, hearts

As you can see I decided on a Valentine's, Wedding, or "other" Love Card. I usually make all my cars the same size. So....... it was neat to change it up a little.

Day # 165 - Shape Up

SUPER STAR!!!! I thought of my 6 year old son when I made this card!

Day 164 - Color scheme

I love these colors and hope I matched them close enough. I've had so much fun so far with these challenges.

Day #163 - Masking

What fun this was. I got out the colored pencils, used a stamp I love with many colors, and wrote in glitter. I love all the colors on this one and masking was fun too and gave a great effect.

Day # 162 - Super Sketchy Sunday

My first entry with a card challenge. This is based on a sketch at 365 cards.
It is really fun to use glitter. I haven't done it much yet and got some Martha Stewart glitter on clearance. Yippee!
